Fair Oaks Orange Grove Planning Commission Hearing (04.22.26)

 

On Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 6:30 PM, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on an update Fair Oaks Orange Grove Specific Plan, to replace the prior version (2002).  The proposed plan will result in refined vison, goals, policies, permitted uses, development and public realm standards, and guidelines that will shape the built environment for the Fair Oaks Orange Grove area and implement General Plan Land Use policies.

The Fair Oaks Orange Grove Specific Plan generally covers Fair Oaks Avenue between Montana and Maple Streets and Orange Grove Boulevard between Lincoln and Oakland Avenues.

The Planning Commission will conduct its public hearing and make a recommendation to the City Council, who will make a final decision at a separately noticed public hearing.
