Lincoln Avenue City Council Hearing
On September 20, 2021, the Recommended Lincoln Avenue Specific Plan (LASP) was presented to the City Council for its review and approval. The City Council voted to continue this hearing in order for staff to present information related to recent State legislation, which was presented on October 18, 2021. Subsequently, a revised Lincoln Avenue Specific Plan will be presented to the City Council on November 15, 2021.
