Fair Oaks Orange Grove City Council Hearing (09.29.26)

On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, the City Council will hold a hearing on the recommended update to the Fair Oaks Orange Grove Specific Plan. The recommended specific plan includes refined vison, goals, policies, permitted uses, development and public realm standards, and guidelines that will shape the built environment for the Fair Oaks Orange Grove area and implement General Plan Land Use policies.

The FOOG Specific Plan envisions a walkable community featuring diverse housing, recreation, and community services. These lively, pedestrian-friendly corridors will celebrate the neighborhood’s rich history.
