East Pasadena Specific Plan Study Session (03.11.2026)

 

On Wednesday, March 11, 2026 the Planning Commission will hold a Study Session on the update to the 2000 East Pasadena Specific Plan (EPSP).  A Specific Plan is a city planning document that regulates future development, including housing and businesses, within the Specific Plan area.  The EPSP covers portions of Colorado Blvd., Foothill Blvd., Sierra Madre Ave., and Rosemead Blvd. – please refer to the map.

This is an informational item only; no decision will be made at this time.  Discussion will guide the preparation of the EPSP update; community participation is strongly encouraged.
