Round 3 Virtual Open Houses

Our Plans- Bringing it all Together Virtually

Welcome!

In 2020, the Planning Department premiered eight virtual open houses and hosted eight webinars, one for each of Pasadena's Specific Plans, to solicit community feedback on potential standards and guidelines for new development within these planning areas. Feedback received will help inform the preparation of revised Specific Plans that intend to implement a variety of key citywide guiding principles, including facilitating housing and economic development near public transit and services.

Participants expresed a wide variety of opinions on the draft development and design standards that were presented, generally in support of the revised standards with some mixed opinions.

You are invited to explore and provide feedback on the draft development and design standards for each of Pasadena's Specific Plan updates. Each virtual open house will remain accessible leading up to Planning Commission by clicking on the individual Specific Plan tile below.
